1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostCopy ("The System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conquest. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use The System.

2. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited Acts

You agree not to use the Application to transmit any material that is illegal, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer the Imperial Code, unauthorized access to the 'Oasis', or distribute malware.

4. Account Termination

We invite you to maintain your station with honor. However, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GhostCopy Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of The System. The Empire provides the tools; you wield them at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the digital realm, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
